Point Éphémère is a multidisciplinary arts venue on the Canal Saint-Martin, at 200 quai de Valmy in the 10th, open since 2004. It hosts concerts, talks, exhibitions and dance nights, and Resident Advisor's 2026 guide lists it among the city's clubs as “more than just a club”. On club nights the DJs usually start after 23:00, and on Friday and Saturday the venue stays open until 03:00.

How to Get to Point Éphémère
200 quai de Valmy, 75010 Paris, on the canal. Metro Jaurès (lines 2, 5 and 7bis) is closest, with Louis Blanc (7 and 7bis) and Stalingrad also nearby; buses 26, 46 and 48 stop close by. After the last metro, the Noctilien night buses run until about 05:30.
Dress Code & Entry Requirements
There is no published dress code. It's a canal-side arts venue with a relaxed crowd: dress for a concert that turns into a party.
Club nights at an arts venue
Point Éphémère isn't a nightclub in the usual sense: it's an arts centre that has run concerts, talks, exhibitions and parties on the Canal Saint-Martin since 2004. Its nights out happen alongside that programme. A typical week mixes indie, garage, shoegaze and post-punk gigs with stand-up and talks, and then a DJ night at the weekend. At the end of October 2026 the agenda had a DJ set night on Friday 30 from 23:00 and a big Halloween party on Saturday 31 from 20:00 to 04:00. On the canal: bar, restaurant and the TOP
The building sits right on the quai de Valmy, at the top end of the Canal Saint-Martin, with a bar and restaurant inside and, in summer, a rooftop called the TOP with its own hours until September. The venue is open every day: Monday and Tuesday from 17:00 to 02:00, Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 02:00, Friday and Saturday from noon to 03:00 and Sunday from noon to 23:00. That makes it an easy first stop: a drink by the water, a concert, then the DJ set if there's one that night. The venue's own description lists concerts, debates, exhibitions, celebrations and dance events, all by the water, and it also offers private hire. It's one of the few places in this guide where you can spend the whole afternoon before a party starts.
Getting there and getting home
The address is 200 quai de Valmy, 75010 Paris. Jaurès metro (lines 2, 5 and 7bis) is a couple of minutes away, with Louis Blanc and Stalingrad close by and buses 26, 46 and 48 stopping nearby. On Friday and Saturday nights the last metro reaches the end of the line around 02:15 (around 01:15 the rest of the week), so if you stay until closing you'll need the Noctilien night buses, which run from about 00:30 to 05:30, with Gare de l'Est, a short walk down the canal, as one of their main hubs.
