VIP Tables at Gate
Gate sells entry for its guest-DJ nights and has VIP areas for tables. Conditions depend on the club, the night and where the table is, so send us a WhatsApp with the date and how many of you there are.
How to Get to Gate
The address is 2 place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris. Take metro line 1 to Porte Maillot (exit 3 for the Palais des Congrès) or RER C or E to Neuilly-Porte Maillot. At night the N11 bus stops at Palais des Congrès and Porte Maillot.
Dress Code & Entry Requirements
Gate doesn't publish a dress code on its website. It's an electronic club rather than a bottle club, so a smart-casual outfit you can dance in is fine; listings suggest keeping it neat.
An electronic club in the Palais des Congrès
Gate opened in December 2023 inside the Palais des Congrès at Porte Maillot, on the edge of the 17th arrondissement. Time Out reported at the time that it came from the team behind the former Carbone club, working with the Culture and HAÏKU collectives. The club's website describes a large dance floor, a 9-metre bar, glass-tiled VIP areas that nod to a past nightlife era, a mezzanine overlooking the room, lighting designed by Ato Design and a Loud Professional sound system. With about 600 m² and room for around 500 people, it's mid-sized: big enough for international bookings, small enough to stay full on a good night. The venue can also be hired privately, and the Paris tourist office lists it among event spaces popular with media, culture and fashion companies.
Guest DJs on Fridays
Gate is the electronic option of the west side. Its website talks about major international electronic artists, and the autumn 2026 programme shows how that works in practice: Andrea Oliva on Friday 16 October, Ajna on Friday 23 October and MoBlack on Friday 30 October. Weekend nights are the core of the schedule. Many people have dinner around the Étoile first, a few minutes away by metro or night bus. If you're coming for a specific DJ, tell us the date on WhatsApp and we'll help with tickets or a table. Line-ups change every week, so the easiest way to know who is playing is to ask us for the date you have in mind; for the bigger names, sort out entry before the night rather than at the door. The VIP areas and the mezzanine host the tables on these nights, with a view over the booth.
Getting there and back from Porte Maillot
Porte Maillot is easy to reach. Metro line 1 stops at Porte Maillot, with exit 3 for the Palais des Congrès, and RER C and RER E stop at Neuilly-Porte Maillot. The metro runs until about 02:15 on Friday and Saturday nights. After that, the Noctilien buses run from 00:30 to 05:30, and the N11 stops at Palais des Congrès and Porte Maillot, then runs to the Étoile, along the Champs-Élysées and across the centre to Châtelet, Bastille and Gare de Lyon, about every ten minutes on Friday and Saturday nights according to its timetable. For tickets, the guest list or a table, message us on WhatsApp; conditions depend on the club, the night and the table. The N11's last weekend departures are around 05:20.
