Enjoy Le Mikado

Le Mikado is the club in the basement of the Hôtel Rochechouart, at 55 boulevard Marguerite-de-Rochechouart in Pigalle, Paris's 9th arrondissement. Its 1920s Japanese-inspired decor gives it its name (mikado means Japanese emperor), refreshed by the studio Festen. Time Out Paris (September 2025) says it parties on Friday and Saturday until 4am, with guest DJs playing upbeat, crowd-pleasing house.

VIP Tables at Le Mikado
Le Mikado is an intimate room, so tables and guest-list spots depend on the night. Message us on WhatsApp with the date and how many you are, and we'll tell you what's possible.
How to Get to Le Mikado
The club is under the Hôtel Rochechouart, 55 boulevard Marguerite-de-Rochechouart, 75009 Paris, between the Pigalle and Anvers metro stations. The metro runs until about 1:15am on weeknights and 2:15am on Fridays, Saturdays and nights before a public holiday (end of the line); after that, RATP's Noctilien night buses run from about 0:30 to 5:30.
Dress Code & Entry Requirements
No dress code is published. It's a hotel club with a 1920s feel behind a red door, so smart and playful beats sporty.
A 1920s club under a Pigalle hotel
Le Mikado is the basement club of the Hôtel Rochechouart, part of the Orso Hotels group, and it brings back a name with a long Pigalle history. Bonjour Paris, writing when it reopened in 2022, recalled cabaret shows and dancing in its early days, Johnny Hallyday holding court in the 1960s and pop stars in the 1980s. The decor is the draw: Time Out Paris (September 2025) describes a 1920s Japanese-inspired room, which explains the name, since mikado means Japanese emperor, refreshed by the design studio Festen. Bonjour Paris adds Japanese-style lanterns, retro carpet, plush furniture, Art Deco touches and a disco ball, all behind the hotel's red door. The bar sits on the lower level, beneath the hotel's dining room, according to Bonjour Paris.
Friday and Saturday until 4am
According to Time Out Paris (September 2025), the Mikado parties on Friday and Saturday until 4am, with guest DJs playing upbeat, crowd-pleasing house: a night for dancing to things you know rather than for deep cuts. Older guides gave Thursday to Saturday and earlier closing times, so check the night before you plan around it. It's a small, intimate room, which makes it a good choice for a birthday or a group that wants its own corner, and less of one for big crowds. If you'd like a table or a guest-list spot, or simply want to know whether a given Friday or Saturday is on, message us on WhatsApp with the date and how many you are. We reply with the options for that specific night, so you know what to expect before you leave home.
Pigalle before and after
The hotel is at 55 boulevard Marguerite-de-Rochechouart, 75009 Paris, between the Pigalle and Anvers metro stations, on the boulevard that runs below Montmartre. Bonjour Paris noted in 2022 that the hotel kitchen upstairs served food until midnight, handy if you want dinner and dancing under one roof. Pigalle is full of other options for a second stop: Madame Arthur on rue des Martyrs, Folies Pigalle on the square, Bus Palladium on rue Pierre-Fontaine and La Machine du Moulin Rouge on boulevard de Clichy. The metro runs until about 1:15am on weeknights and about 2:15am on Fridays, Saturdays and nights before a public holiday, measured at the end of the line. After that, RATP's Noctilien night buses run from about 0:30 to 5:30.
