2. What Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral URL.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on site, clicks and interactions (for example, a click on a WhatsApp button).
• Measurement data: Interactions and conversions measured through the cookies described in section 3 (only if you accept analytics & advertising cookies).
• Contact data: If you message us on WhatsApp about tickets, guest list or a table, we process your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages in order to handle your request. The site does not process payments and we do not store any payment card data.
• Newsletter: If you join our mailing list, we process your email address to send you news about events, guest lists and openings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

3. Cookies

Besides the strictly necessary cookies, we group all optional cookies (analytics and advertising) into a single "Analytics & advertising" category. No cookies are stored and you are not identified until you accept: before you choose, we use Google Consent Mode, under which Google's tools run in a restricted, cookieless mode that may send anonymous, aggregated measurement signals but store nothing on your device. We use the data collected for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve the Clubs in Paris website and service
• To answer the requests you send us on WhatsApp (tickets, guest list, tables)
• To send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed
• To analyse website traffic and user behaviour (with consent)
• To measure the effectiveness of our marketing (with consent)
• To comply with our legal obligations

5. Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Analytics and advertising cookies — only processed after your explicit consent via our cookie banner — and the newsletter.
• Steps taken at your request before a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Handling the requests you send us on WhatsApp.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Necessary cookies required for the website to function.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Your email address stays on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Cookie consent preferences are stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time.
