A club on top of an exhibition hall

Most Paris clubs are in cellars, old theatres or boats. T7 went the other way: it opened in December 2017 on the roof of Pavilion 7, and the venue talks about a 180-degree panorama over the city. Inside, the 970 m² are split into a main hall, a second room and a lounge, under a light installation by the Brazilian designer Guto Requena, with a Funktion-One sound system. Outside, the terrace and garden add 400 m² where you can catch your breath between sets. The effect is closer to a festival stage than to a basement club, which is exactly why people make the trip to the southern edge of Paris.

The bookings follow the scale of the room. Tale Of Us, Ben Klock, Amélie Lens and Todd Terje have all played here, and the 2026 calendar went from AmapianoLand in June to T7 x Unfaced on 10 October, with Jacidorex, Bitschu Batschu, Hanaa and Krl MX. On Saturday 19 December 2026, Yasmin Regisford is billed from 11pm to 6am.

Who is it for? Techno fans who follow the international names, groups who want room to move, and anyone who likes the idea of stepping outside at 3am and seeing the lights of the city. It's less suited to a quick drink and a dance near your hotel: the trip out to Porte de Versailles is part of the evening, so commit to the whole night.

Not every weekend: how the calendar works

This is the thing to know before planning a trip around T7. It isn't open every Friday and Saturday. During the week the rooftop mostly hosts private and company events, and each club night is announced separately, often by outside promoters who bring their own crowd. So start from the date: check whether there's a club night on your weekend, then look at who is playing. If nothing is on, the city's year-round techno clubs, such as Rex Club on the Grands Boulevards or La Machine du Moulin Rouge in Pigalle, are the fallback. Coming as a group and wondering about a table or the guest list for that date? Send us the date and your numbers on WhatsApp.

What to wear on a rooftop

T7 doesn't publish a dress code, and the crowd is there for techno rather than for a fashion parade. The practical points matter more: shoes you can dance in for seven hours, and a layer for the terrace, which is open to the sky and gets cold late at night outside the summer months. Each night's ticket page gives its own entry conditions, so read it before you go.

Getting there and back from the 15th

The club is next to Porte de Versailles metro, at the southern edge of the city, a long way from the central club streets. Plan the way home before you go out. If you leave before the end, the last metro reaches the end of the line around 1:15am on weeknights and 2:15am on Fridays and Saturdays, so the last train through Porte de Versailles leaves earlier; after that, the Noctilien night buses take over. At the 6am close, the first morning metros are starting up again, which is often the simplest option.
